Luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar has launched its first regional Twitter campaign this week challenging fans to compete for the chance to drive a Jaguar XF. The campaign, entitled #driveanXF will reward those with the most interesting and creative tweets with the chance to have the luxury sports saloon for 48 hours.

In a regional first for the brand, Jaguar launched the #driveanXF campaign as a fun and innovative way to generate buzz around the Jaguar XF, whilst engaging and rewarding its loyal Twitter followers in the region.

A saloon with the soul of a sports car, the XF has won over 100 international awards since launch for its dynamic abilities and dramatic looks, and continues to be Jaguar’s best-selling model worldwide. The XF has also generated a loyal and enthusiastic fan base in the MENAP region, attracting those who appreciate the elegant, dynamic driving experience and contemporary luxury the car offers.

The campaign is open to residents in KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE who hold a valid driver’s license. To enter, fans simply say why they want to #driveanXF, with the most creative and innovative Tweets chosen by Jaguar to win 48 hours with the XF.  The best experiences will be captured and shared on the Jaguar Twitter channel as well as the brand’s official blog, YouTube, Facebook and Flickr channels.

Rules

1. Eligibility: #DriveAnXF Contest is open only to legal residents in participating Countries (currently: KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and UAE), who are at least twenty-five (25) years old and have a valid driver's license at the time of entry.
2. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. During the activation period, using Twitter and Instagram, the participants have to mention why they would like to drive an Jaguar XF. Tweets and Instagram post must contain Text, the Hashtag #DriveAnXF and if possible a photo/video

Terms and Conditions

1. The vehicle is provided by Partners/Importers (hereafter referred to as the Company) at its sole discretion and is entitled at any time, without assigning a reason, to demand its return.
2. The Submission may only contain material created by entrant or published by Sponsor.
3. Winners must be prepared to be photographed and such photograph could possibly be used in future marketing material.
4. Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or direct message on Twitter/Instagram.
5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into consideration.
6. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The vehicle is provided to the customer for their sole use and shall not be used by any other person not authorised by the Company as this will invalidate the insurance.
8. The vehicle should be used only for normal personal travel, and at no time should the vehicle be used on the race track or for off-road purposes without the prior consent of the Company.
9. The customer undertakes to exercise due care and attention to the vehicle in their possession and report any damage or issues immediately.

10. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred due to traffic offences committed while the vehicle is under the customer's control, and the customer agrees to indemnify and reimburse the Company without delay, any such costs upon production by the Company of satisfactory evidence thereto.

11. The customer shall be responsible for the insurance excess payment in the event of an accident, and if the customer is found by the official authorities to be at fault.

12. The Customer shall be responsible for costs that may be incurred in the event of an accident not covered within the policy while the vehicle is under their control or when the insurance cover is invalidated due to the actions of the customer.

13. The customer should refrain from drinking/ eating or smoking in the vehicle.

14. The vehicle shall be returned in a clean condition and with a full tank of fuel on the agreed date and time.
